Delivery Information

 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY - (Please note there will be no deliveries on any public holiday and holiday(s) taken by our delivery carrier)

 

For delivery in-time for Christmas order before or by; 18th December 2016 (this only applies for UK mainland addresses)

 

* Whilst we understand the importance of delivery before Christmas Day some dates may be subject to change in the event of poor weather or distribution issues. Delivery dates may change for other reasons outside of our control.

 

POST CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR DELIVERY INFORMATION - (Please note there will be no deliveries on any public holiday and holiday(s) taken by our delivery carrier)

 

The next available UK delivery date after Christmas is intended on; 3rd January 2017 onwards - as this applies for orders placed after the 18th December 2016 (please note orders may also be delivered before the 3rd January 2017, which you will updated by email notification from delivery carrier and our delivery team).

JNR Station is not liable for late or delayed deliveries during the Christmas and New Year holiday period.

UK MAINLAND

UK Mainland Express Service – Monday-Friday, except bank holidays

Express Delivery: 2-4 days Free delivery service on all orders - please note the timing of this delivery service starts after the order/parcel has been collected from our location and then dispatched from the delivery carriers collection depot (so orders/parcels can take up-to 24-48 hours to be dispatched)

  

Offshore Delivery Service: 1-5 working days – Monday-Friday, except bank holidays

Scottish Highlands & Islands
Northern Ireland & Isle of Man
Channel Isles & Scilly Isles
Southern Ireland

 

Note: Offshore deliveries (delivery locations above) all vary according to the size and weight of your parcel, therefore orders will be sent via most suitable carrier. If you require an Offshore delivery, you may want to contact us before ordering, as we can help with whatever option suits you.

 

International

Europe, USA and Canada, and Rest of the World deliveries all vary according to the size and weight of your parcel, therefore orders will be sent via most suitable carrier. If you require International delivery please contact us before ordering, as we can help with whatever option suits you (help on available service to your country, delivery carrier, delivery costs, and delivery times for example).

Customs and import charges

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Different delivery and change delivery address when orders are placed

We do provide the option to ship to an address different to the billing address. However, for security reasons, this service is discretionary. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or to verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address, so please note delivery arrival for your order at a different shipping address may take more time, such as extra 24 hours due to security checks when required

If you have made a mistake with your delivery details please contact us immediately and we will try to amend them.

 

You may change your delivery address but you need to be quick about it this can be done by contacting Customer Services, provided we have not picked, packed or despatched your items. If we have picked, packed or despatched your items, then we will not be able to stop the delivery process.
