My Order

Placing your order

Once you have placed an order on jnrstation.com you will receive a series of status update emails, ranging from; Order Confirmation (this initial email will contain all the relative information regarding your order) Payment Status (Accepted / Rejected / Refunded) Items; Picked, Posted, Out of Stock

To meet our service commitment to you, we will store your order and necessary personal details, obtain authorisation from your bank for the payment, and make certain security checks on your identity and address.

When contacting jnrstation.com regarding any aspect of your order, you must supply us with your Order Number / Transaction I.D and full name for us to assist you as efficiently as possible, if so please contact Customer Services.

Tracking your order

To obtain your tracking information, contact us either by phone or email Customer Services . Orders can only be tracked once you have received notification your order has been dispatched. Please note tracking information supplied may depend on delivery carrier used for your order, however Customer Services will inform on the required information to help with your order.

Changing your order

Once your order has been confirmed, it's not currently possible for you to change it prior to dispatch.

Cancelling your order

You may cancel your order but you need to be quick about it this can be done by contacting Customer Services, provided we have not picked, packed or despatched your items. If we have picked, packed or despatched your items, then we will not be able to stop the delivery process. You may, of course, return goods in accordance with our Returns Policy, but we will not be able to refund the outward postage costs. Part of your order is missing

Sometimes we may not send everything you've ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your delivery note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it isn't, please contact Customer Services. Let us know your full name and the Order Number / Transaction I.D ,and we'll look into it. We'll usually be able to send you the item we missed out, but in on the rare occasion that isn't possible, we'll refund the money you paid for it.

Mistake with your order

Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to sort them out as smoothly as possible. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact Customer Services and let us know.
