Returns

Return an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you want to return an item for exchange or refund you must fully complete the returns form which would be received within your package/order, and please state whether an exchange or refund is required. All returns must be in unworn and original condition, with all original packaging and labels included. Garment inspections are carried out on all items returned.

 

Orders placed and received within December 2016 can be returned until 15th January 2017. All other orders are subject to our current policy.

 

In addition to our returns policy under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase from jnrstation.com, for a return. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned, such as intimate items due to hygiene regulations/reasons. In this case we will provide you with a full refund or exchange but we would ask you to return the cancelled items to us at your cost, however only for exchanges of goods for another size, colour, garment, etc this can be done at one of our stores (instructions for this option is further down in the returns section). And reasonable care of goods must be taken whilst goods are in your possession. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.

 

Returns Policy

Refunds will only be given within 7 days of receipt of order. Exchanges will only be given within 14 days of receipt of order. As a matter of hygiene reason refunds and exchanges are not available on certain accessories, such as socks, headwear and others, underwear (which includes underwear t-shirts, vests, sleeveless t-shirts etc), swimsuits, nightwear or any other intimate items unless they are deemed faulty.

 

JNR Station retain the right (in certain circumstances) to return faulty items to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund or exchange is offered.

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Returns for exchange only can be either sent via postage at your cost however we will exchange any returns and re-send the new items without any further charge from you to receive exchange , or returned direct to selected JNR Station stores, please see Our Stores if this option suits you. Please note that items/orders exchanged in store will be exchanged of the total price value purchased from online store, as online store prices may be different from store prices.

 

Returns for refunds are required to be sent via postage only at your cost, and all refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase.

 

Returning to selected JNR Station stores please note:

 

 When returning to store please present the returns form, delivery document and invoice receipt at till point as proof of purchase, without these document we will be unable to process your exchange/return.

Please note the goods are in your responsibility until its returned to us, in terms of unworn and original condition, which includes all labels on goods, as garment inspections are carried out in store on all returns.

 

 

Returning via postage please note:

 

  • The goods are in your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a postage/delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Therefore we recommend a recorded method of postage/delivery (as we are not accountable for lost returns).
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

 

 

Please complete the returns form (that is included in your parcel/order) and send both the invoice receipt, returns form, any delivery documents, and parcel/order to:

As soon as your return has been accepted back by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know, and you will be issued with an exchange or refund. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with Customer Services (click Contact Us / Contact JNR Station) and we'll look into it.

 

If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.

Faulty item

 

If the item you received is faulty, please contact Customer Services (click Contact Us / Contact JNR Station) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and we will then advise on how to proceed.

 

Received wrong item/order

 

If the item you received is wrong, we are really sorry, please contact Customer Services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and we will then advise on how to proceed.
